Thanks for shopping with Affirmation Stickers!
Below you’ll find the key details about how we process and deliver your order.

 

Order Processing


You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order - please keep it as proof of purchase.
All orders are usually produced and packed within 1 - 2 business days once payment is confirmed and/or proof appoved (custom affirmation stickers only). Some may ship sooner, while others may take up to 3-5 business days during busy periods. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll be in touch.

 

Shipping & Delivery


We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
We dispatch all orders from the Gold Coast, Australia.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
    Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.


  • Express Shipping:
    Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the next business day.
    Orders placed after this time will typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.
    Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping:
    Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
    Delivery usually takes 10–21 business days, depending on destination and local postal services.

 

Please note:

  • Orders are typically not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or location.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

 

Tracking


All Australian orders include tracking via Australia Post Tracked Envelopes.
International orders are shipped with whichever courier company best suits for the country shipping to.

 

International Orders


International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs. Affirmation Stickers has no control over delays caused by customs processing.

 

Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages


If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived after checking common delivery spots (letterbox, neighbours, etc.), please contact us at hello@affirmationstickers.com.au and we’ll help investigate.
